The following paragraphs contain the
terms and conditions under which we conduct business. We will consider
changes to the terms and conditions on a case-by-case basis, but any
changes to the terms and conditions must be made in writing; must be
acknowledged by an officer of our corporation; and will only apply to
purchases made from that date of that agreement forward. Confirming your
order by clicking "CHECKOUT" on the "Verify Your
Order" page acknowledges your acceptance of the following terms and
conditions.
In the following paragraphs,
"Crucial", "We", "Our Company" refers to
Crucial Service a registered dba of a California Corporation. In the
following paragraphs, "you" or "Customer" or
"purchaser" refers to you, the person or entity purchasing on
this web site.
SHIPPING: Most orders are shipped
within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Orders placed on a weekend or
holiday will be processed on the next business day (Monday through
Friday.) If we become aware of a problem in fulfilling your
order you will be contacted and provided options.
ORDERING: Once you confirm an order by
clicking "CHECKOUT" on the "Verify Your Order" page
your order has been placed and can not be canceled, except as permitted
under other terms or conditions outlined herein.
PRICES: Prices are subject to change at
any time. Due to errors or omissions, prices shown on line may not reflect
the actual price of products. In the event the actual price of an item you
ordered is higher then the price at which you ordered, you will be
contacted within 2 business day and given the option of accepting the
higher price of that item, or canceling the purchase of that item. Your
canceling of one item due to a price increase on that item, will not give
you the right to cancel the balance of the order.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Information on
availability of products may not be readily available at the time of your
purchase. In the event your order cannot be fully shipped within 2-3
business days of ordering, you will be notified within 2 business-days and
you may choose to cancel the full order or that portion of the order that
cannot be shipped.
WARRANTIES: Most products we sell are
covered under a limited manufacturer warranty but you must contact the
manufacturer for specific warranty information. We specifically disclaim
any responsibility for warranty service or product support. We
specifically disclaim any and all warranties, expressed or implied with
regard to merchantability or fitness of purpose. We shall not be held
liable for any loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, interruption of
business or incidental or consequential damages caused by a product's
operation, failure, merchantability or fitness of purpose.
RETURNS: Be certain of your order,
Crucial Service has the sole discretion of permitting a return. If we
agree to permit a return, the return will be subject to the following
conditions:
The
terms and conditions of Crucial Service’s agreement to permit a return
shall be contained in a "Return Authorization Agreement". The
"Return Authorization Agreement" must be signed by both the
customer and Crucial Service before it shall be valid.
No
returns shall be permitted without a valid "Return Authorization
Agreement".
The
"Return Authorization Number" which shall be specified in the
Return Authorization Agreement must be clearly marked on the shipping
label or exterior box of the product being returned.
Customer
authorizes Crucial Service to refuse a shipment from Customer or return a
shipment to Customer at Customer's expense if Crucial Service receives a
return from Customer that is not made under a valid return authorization
or that does not have a Return Authorization Number on the shipping label
or on the box.
The
acceptance of items returned to Crucial Service by Customer under a valid
return authorization is conditioned upon Crucial Service's and possibly a
third party's inspection of the merchandise. Inspections will consider,
among other things, if:
the
product has been opened,
the
product is returned with all original packaging, books, materials,
accessories, etc.,
the
product and its packaging is in new and re-sellable condition,
Crucial
Service can return the product to distribution or resell the product.
Items
not accepted for return after inspection shall be returned to Customer at
Customer's expense.
Products
accepted for return under a valid return authorization shall be subject to
a minimum restocking fee of 20%.
RIGHT TO REFUSE DOING BUSINESS: Crucial
Service reserves the right to refuse to do business with any person or
company for any reason not illegal under state or federal statute.
CREDIT CARDS: Crucial
Service is hyper-vigilant regarding credit card fraud. We will take extra
steps to verify the validity of a credit charge when we deem it prudent.
Customer will be contacted within 24 hours in the event verifying credit
card validity will delay shipping of products more than two to three
business days. |
